Our specialist insurance arrangements provide protection for safe deposit box contents under a comprehensive Vault 365 insurance policy, supported by internationally recognised underwriting partners.
Under this policy, every Vault 365 safe deposit box includes a minimum of $10,000 AUD complimentary insurance cover at no additional cost to our clients, with the option to increase coverage based on the value of your stored assets.
Whether storing jewellery, precious metals, important documents, family heirlooms or other valuable possessions, Vault 365 provides a secure, discreet and trusted environment designed to protect what matters most.
Climate control
Climate-Controlled Storage for Sensitive Valuables
High-value art, vintage timepieces, legal documents, rare collectibles, and delicate family heirlooms are all vulnerable to chemical degradation, warping, mould, and mechanical failure when exposed to unstable environmental conditions. Our vaults are engineered to prevent these risks through precise, continuously monitored climate control.
Temperature Control
Maintained at a constant 18 – 22°C throughout the year to prevent thermal stress, oxidation, and material expansion.
Humidity Regulation
Relative humidity is strictly kept between 40–60%, the optimal range for preventing mould growth, paper brittleness, corrosion, and deterioration of organic materials.
Advanced Air Filtration
High-efficiency particulate filtration systems remove dust, pollutants, and airborne contaminants that can damage delicate surfaces or infiltrate mechanical components.
